We are Salome, Eka, and Maia. For each of us, knitting and handicrafts are not just hobbies but a part of our identity, allowing us to express our emotions and share positive energy with others. During the COVID period, when people needed care, warmth, and the sharing of positive energy with family members, friends, and their newborn children, we independently began gifting colorful hand-knitted blankets. When we shared this idea with each other, we were amazed. Since the feedback on our gifts was so positive, we decided to share these emotions with people we didn’t know. And that’s how the idea of creating “Daria” was born.

Daria is the name of our grandmother. She came from a mountain village in Racha, a high-mountain region of Georgia, where silver fir trees reach for the sky.

Our handmade blankets and throws are designed for the whole family, and are divided into three categories, each differing in knitting techniques, sizes, and other characteristics. These categories are: the newborn line, the child line, and the adult line.

Today, in the digital world, everything is possible that one desires, but at the same time, people need care and emotional connection. Our handmade blankets serve this purpose, as we put our heart and soul into every stitch.
